Who We Are
The Design Group Architects (TDG) is a people first architectural design firm built on long standing relationships, thoughtful design, and a deep respect for the communities we serve.
Based in East Tennessee, we serve clients through grocery, light medical, church, civic, and commercial development projects across the Southeast and beyond. While our projects vary in type and scale, our approach remains the same: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence.
How We Work
Our role extends beyond producing drawings. We act as a steady partner throughout the design and construction process providing clarity, structure, and informed guidance at every phase.
We know that many of our clients do not build often, and even experienced owners can feel overwhelmed by the number of decisions involved. Our process is intentionally designed to reduce uncertainty, explain options in plain language, and help clients move forward with confidence.
